Any diet that a person eats, should consist of a large amount of fruits, vegetables, unrefined grains, beans, lean proteins, as well as mono and polyunsaturated fats. Additionally, losing weight requires reducing the portion sizes of meals that we usually eat. By doing this we enable the digestive system to work at its best, since it is only able of processing a finite amount of food within one sitting.
